aw. too sweet for words.

I just felt a pang for all my abandoned stuffed animals residing quietly in my parent’s basement.
My sister used to sleep with every stuffed animal she owned so as not to offend or hurt the feelings of any of them. She’s a better woman than I was. I played favorites.

aww, this reminds me of the velveteen rabbit by margery williams. i loved that story as a kid.

It reminded me of the Velveteen Rabbit, too! Also my favorite story, even now.
